Why not send one of our Personalized Tribute Cards. Your donations will help support and employ more than 80 special needs adults who are among the more vulnerable members of our community.

You can order the cards for personal use, or we can make it easy for you by personalizing, addressing and sending them out on your behalf. Cards can be ordered for $18 each; 8 or more cards at $12.50 each. Please complete the form below the card to start the process. A donation receipt will be issued.
